Best Golf!

At the request of many people, here’s a little more info on this Course.
Speaking of the Golf IV 130HP 6 speed box, no problem!

Give all the advantages of this car, too easy ….

The Golf IV is for me the best that Volkswagen Golf has. I had the Golf III, I currently have a Golf IV, Golf II I knew by my sponsor and those three is the best Golf IV!
Now let us return to the details:
- 130hp: it’s great, the car has power without consuming too. In addition it has enormous torque and allowing resumption of exceedances carefree and a pleasure to drive.
- 6 speed gearbox: it’s even great for people who love to spend speeds. I sometimes I look for the 7th and 8th …..
- ESP: very handy when going on ice, the car corrects the trajectory or at least regulates Loved Flying …
- Power consumption: with a full (55L tank) you can do until 1000 or 1100km max. (Without pushing it too of course). For my information, I conduct neither too quiet nor too sporty and I’m averaging 850 to 900 km with my own.
- Internal: The finish of the dashboard is fine, it seems to touch both very strong side and has a very
felted. The light meter is a beautiful blue, the various buttons on the dashboard have about them a little red loupiote (matched with a job in Alpine same colors, the result is very nice!). The 4-spoke steering wheel, it has a very good grip (it seems better than the Golf V, which is 3 branches and larger). The seats are semi Baqués (front) and is as comfortable to drive in front passenger. At the rear there is enough legroom (it should not be too big either …), the bench seat is split to maintain a seat if an object is moved along. Only small downside to the back seat, it is not very easy to move around the suction because there are lots of little nooks that are not very accessible. The trunk is very large (again compared to the Golf V the trunk of the IV is more important).
- Outdoor facilities: Painting the body does not deteriorate easily, easily marking bumpers. I do not have rims on mine but it is clear that it gives him look a little better with nice rims but … Oh yes I forgot the rear wiper wears quickly I think. The rubber broom does not last very long (even volkswagen!).

Voili voilou what I can tell you about this car. I hope this time you have a bit more convinced!

Good road at all.

The compact segment includes a dozen saloons, with among the big guns, a 308 which is a hit, a Megane which is renewed at the same time as the Golf, a restyled Focus in late 2007 that sells a lot and Astra , which is entering the final straight line, the new compact Opel will be presented in September 2009 at the Frankfurt Motor Show.Volkswagen attack the M1 segment again in the bottom template with a length of 4.20 meters, and the high issue rates. Certainly, there is one version of Access to the Golf with the 1.4 petrol 80 hp 16S BVM5 less than 16,000 € in three doors for small riders, but it takes more than € 5,000 to have the new and provisional Diesel version of basic 5-door (2.0 TDi 110 PS), also with 5-speed manual box and top level equipment (Trendline). That begins to think, even if it is hardly less at Renault’s new Mégane equivalent power.
First disappointment of the first grip of the Golf VI is that we could test this new version of the 2.0 TDi deflated 30 horses, let alone see the 1.6 TDi that will replace in 2009. Indeed, were available to test the engines of 122 hp and more, all equipped with DSG 6 or 7 that expensive high-end finishes and Carat Carat Edition, and all with the option amortization DCC controlled (to 1.080 € more expensive than the Scirocco!). Suddenly, no one model proposed test cost less than € 25,000, a price well above what buyers 9/10th of an average sedan are willing to pay today. A peak of the 80 cars available for testing. Certainly, the DCC adaptive chassis control offers three modes comfort, normal and sport (reasonably close) well differentiated, and provides optimal fit permanently to the coating and the driving style we strongly recommend (she avoids compromises lame or costs Parts / exorbitant development), but we could not judge the normal depreciation yet to be chosen by an overwhelming majority of customers. We must be content to speculate that it offers a compromise comfort and handling similar to the Golf V . We were unable to test either the sport suspension option which receives normal stiffer springs, the body is lowered by 15 mm and anti-roll bars of the strongest sections. Solution much more affordable than the CCD (cash lowered by 10 mm), but certainly not least comfortable and more effective. In short, mid-trial, at the time of having to change cars, we were a bit unnerved. Especially as the DCC, we had already assessed the trials of the Passat CC and Scirocco …
Well, we’ll try to remain impartial. For other factors that contribute to security as driving enjoyment, not to mention unpleasant. The electric power steering is one of the best of its kind. Note that it hardens slightly, the sport mode of the DCC office. Braking is also shown impeccable (and on TSi160 TDi 140 at least) and has a function additional stability on the ABS. The ESP (optional sur1.4 80 hp 2.0 TDI and 11 hp!) Regulates later than before, which adds to driving pleasure. In total, the Golf VI has a behavior similar to the previous one, but appears ahead of the pack with the DCC and active regulation even in the average no.
